This Privacy Policy explains how csite.at, the publisher of the Muybien mobile application, collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the app.

Muybien may process the following information:

  • Projects and tasks
  • Comments and @mentions
  • Uploaded images and attachments
  • Push notification token
  • Technical information required to operate the app

We only process the information necessary to provide the functionality of Muybien.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Muybien service
  • Authenticate your account
  • Synchronize projects and tasks
  • Enable collaboration between team members
  • Send push notifications
  • Improve security, reliability and performance
  • Provide customer support

3. Camera and Photos

Muybien requests access to the Camera and Photo Library only when you choose to use these features.

Camera access allows you to capture photos for projects and tasks.

Photo Library access allows you to attach existing images or save images when requested by you.

4. Push Notifications

Muybien uses Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) to notify users about task assignments, mentions, project updates and other collaboration events.

Notifications can be disabled at any time in your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

csite.at does not sell your personal information.

Information is only shared with service providers required to operate Muybien, as described in the Sub-processors section below.

6. Sub-processors

Muybien uses the following third-party service providers to process personal information on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, file storage, and backend services
  • Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — delivery of push notifications on iOS devices

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Muybien service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Muybien service or to comply with legal obligations.
